Service Description
- Small group training —> Maximum 10 persons (minimum 4 pax) - What kind of training? HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), its mixes cardio and muscle toning with functional movements (squat, push-up, rowing, jump, lunges walk, plank …) - Bodyweight (without equipment) or with equipments (TRX, Dumbbell, Kettle-bell, elastic bands …) - Everybody can join the training, it's adapting for everyone - One hour of share, smiling, sweating and pleasure !
