My Training
What is My Training?
It's exaclty my proper training month per month in a gym (You need to have an access in a gym). I do the training 1 month before and I update on my mobile app. So I test before to upload to get the best training and sensation.
My training is on my Mobile application Alex Roy Personal Trainer (IOS and Android)
When My Training is update?
Every 1st of the month I post the training on the mobile app for the full coming month.

How many workout per week?
You have 6 trainings/ week (6 days workout/ 1 day rest).
How long is the workout?
Each session is around 50 min to 1H15min maximum.
For who?
If you are tired about your workout routine, My training it's for you!
My training is for everyone (men or women) wanted to be stronger and get a best shape, fit and healthy.
How does it works?
In the 24h of you purchase, I will send you an email with a link to download the Alex Roy Personal Trainer Mobile Application. Then you can access to the workout anywhere, anytime!
Training per training everything is explain, example: 1st Training --> Back/ biceps/ abs= you have all the exercices with repetition, series, tempo of execution and rest.
How about the exercices?
For each exercice you have access to the videos explications where you can watch the execution of each movements and get the proper posture to avoid any injuries and get the best results.
How about nutrition?
You have an access "nutrition" where you can log your proper diet meal/ meal, day/ day and track your macros.
How much?
79 AED/ month (19€/ month)
You can cancel anytime (before the anniversary day of your membership)
