Small group training —> Maximum 12 people (minimum 4)

What kind of training? HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), it is a mix of cardio and muscle toning with functional movements (squat, push-up, rowing, jump, lunges walk, plank …)

Bodyweight (without equipment) or with equipments (TRX, Dumbbell, Kettlebell, elastic bands …)

Everybody can join the training, which is adapted to everyone

One hour of sharing, smiling, sweating and pleasure !

When? Every Wednesday at 7pm
