Outdoor Group Class

Small and Fun Group Class

1 hour training 

  • Small group training —> Maximum 12 people (minimum 4)

  • What kind of training? HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), it is a mix of cardio and muscle toning with functional movements (squat, push-up, rowing, jump, lunges walk, plank …) 

  • Bodyweight (without equipment) or with equipments (TRX, Dumbbell, Kettlebell, elastic bands …) 

  • Everybody can join the training, which is adapted to everyone

  • One hour of sharing, smiling, sweating and pleasure !

  • When? Every Wednesday at 7pm

  • Where? Downtown Burj Park
