Small group training —> Maximum 10 persons (minimum 4 pax)

What kind of training? HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), its mixes cardio and muscle toning with functional movements (squat, push-up, rowing, jump, lunges walk, plank …)

Bodyweight (without equipment) or with equipments (TRX, Dumbbell, Kettlebell, elastic bands …)

Everybody can join the training, it's adapting for everyone

One hour of share, smiling, sweating and pleasure !
